If your site stops working or your email gives you any problems we request that you fill out a support ticket to help us fix your issue. When you go to the support ticket page you will be required to register with the ticket software. We ask that you use your first name and first letter of your last name as your username. This will help us when it comes time to find your account. JasGad Creations makes every effort to check the software for new tickets regularly.
